Model made Mr. R. Fowler of the Bournville Model Boat Club.

This model is made from a GRP hull and Vac-form mouldings by Powered Boat Mouldings and running gear and most of the fittings by HSL mouldings.

Mr. Hill was kind enough to email the photos after purchasing his running gear at the open day at the BMPT, I hope to have more photos as Mr. Hill  continues to build his model of an HDML.

This model is made from a GRP hull and Vac-form mouldings by Powered Boat Mouldings and running gear and most of the fittings by HSL mouldings.

63ft MIAMI A/SRL

Model made Mr. George Barnes of HYDE in Cheshire

This model is made from a converted cruiser  hull in GRP with the rear section added on made from marine ply. The wheel house is scratch built from plastic card. Mr. Barnes has used or RAF figure to finish of his model.

70ft ELCO PT BOAT

Model made by Mr. Fred Butler of Newtown in Cheshire

This was the first 70ft PT sold from Powered Boat Moulding, Mr. Butler has since purchased a second PT to build. Mr. Butler has scratch build most of his fittings and has spent a great deal of time building his four torpedo tubes.

We hope to have more photos soon.

VOSPER 70ft MTB

The photos above were taken in late October/early November.

The photos above were emailed to us mid December. MTB 66 is coming along nicely, you can see all the new fittings for this model that have been used by Ian Colquhoun. Ian's model does look like our own. "good job".

Mr. Colquhoun has built his MTB from the same Kingston Mouldings hull as ourselves, he has also purchased the vac-formed wheelhouse from PBM. A full set of  HSL fittings is also being used. Mr. Colquhoun is also trying a twin shaft gear box from Dean's Marine. (watch this space)

Mr. Smith has built his MGB from the same Dean's Marine hull as ourselves, he also purchased the vac-formed wheelhouse and full set of fittings from  HSL Mouldings.

This was one the first 70ft MTB Hull package sold from Powered Boat Mouldings, along with the fitting made by ourselves.

Model is powered by a long can 540 Type (unknown) motor with a 7.2 volt-2amp Ni-Cad battery pack, running time is around 15 minuets

ROYAL NAVY MGB  1:24th scale

The photos below were taken this summer

Mr. T. Ball has built his MGB from the same Dean's Marine hull as ourselves, he also purchased the vac-formed wheelhouse apart  set of fittings from  HSL Mouldings. The deck is 1/32 ply, there are three rudders, two props. The speed controller is from Electronize.

A second model from MR. Ball is an Elco 80ft PT boat with figures from HSL Mouldings.
